You know that we provide quality service and products at a reasonable price. Now, we are faced with a terrible choice, a choice that we have tried to avoid for two years. We must choose now between compromising on quality or raising our prices.
We don't like either choice, but we understand that you have chosen to do business with us because we fulfill your needs. In order to continue satisfying you, we have decided to raise our prices so we can maintain our high standards and so that we can continue to find new avenues to increase our quality level.
Beginning June 1, 2012, we will be increasing your hourly rate. Our efforts to compete with our high volume of competitors have eroded our profits considerably. GST is included in these rates.

Pooper scooping rates starting at $16 weekly
$28 bi-weekly
$50 monthly
$75 for a one time clean
These rates are based on a one or two dog home. Please add $3 for an additional dog with a limit of four dogs. For any additional pets or litter boxes please contact us for an estimate.
We will clean it up, bag it, and place it with our clients garbage arrangements.
We can only clean where it is accessible. If your dog is outside when we arrive and will not let us enter the yard, we can not clean. There will a notice left in your mailbox letting you know the reason as well as a one time grace for this circumstance. If this is not remedied by the next scheduled cleaning there will be a charge for this appointment and we will be forced to cancel service until steps have been made to correct this.
Our weekly and bi-weekly service run from April 1st to October 31st. From November 1st to March 31st we offer a monthly cleaning for $50. This is due to winter conditions. If we have not had snow during the months of November to March then service will continue as scheduled.
